Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

AVELORA is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or household members first.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet our estimated shipping time. If there is a delay, we will do our best to notify you.
